Kumiko Yamamoto

Kumiko was born and raised in Japan and moved to US 1995. Kumiko's daughter started playing and performing taiko in 2010 so Kumiko decided to play and perform taiko with daughter 2011. When she was 4, she started playing piano until 15 years old but she did not like to practice! 

Her favorite style of taiko is " Odaiko".  She went to Sacrament to learn Odaiko style from Tiffany Tamaribuchi  2012 and since after it becomes her favorite style because it is very powerful and beautiful style!

When she is not playing taiko, she is working with young children  Also running and training for the  running race!
