HOW TO SUPPORT US

As a nonprofit arts and culture organization, we depend on support from people like you to carrying out our programming. With community help, we share taiko performance with diverse audiences, including many communities that are traditionally underserved by the arts. We are committed to reaching people from all walks of life with the dynamic voice of the taiko!

Financial and in-kind donations to Odaiko New England are tax-deductible and play a critical role in our work. We need your assistance! Please consider making a contribution today!

Financial Support
Tax-deductible donations of any amount are welcome. Your tax-deductible contribution will support Odaiko New England’s charitable artistic and cultural work. Please click here to make a donation (your check should be made payable to Odaiko New England. Mail check to: Odaiko New England, 4 Viking Ct. #29, Arlington, MA 02474). Thank you!

In-kind Support
We always have a need for high-quality computer and office equipment to help keep our operations up-to-date and efficient. If you have items that you would like to donate, please contact us at info@onetaiko.org.

Speaking of office, we’re also looking for reduced-rent office and rehearsal space in Boston. Since we began drumming, Odaiko New England has moved no less than seven times! We have become friendly with the Boston Police, the Brookline Police, the Cambridge Police, the MIT Police, and the Woburn Police, because of the noise level of our taiko activity! While we are currently rehearsing and giving taiko workshops in Woburn, we are looking for a more permanent space closer to Boston for our office, practices and drum storage. Contact info@onetaiko.org if you have space leads for us.

Volunteer Support

Volunteering for Odaiko New England is a great way to get involved in our work and support our mission of sharing taiko with the region. Volunteers can help at performances, support our office operations, help get the word out about major Odaiko New England events, help sew costumes and drum bags, or help construct taiko drums and stands. Please contact Director Mark H. Rooney at mhrooney@onetaiko.org to inquire about volunteering!

Thank you very much! Please support us in whatever way you can!
